The views during our outdoor yoga sessions were so spectacular that I continue to visualize them whenever I do sun salutes. Visiting the butterflies was so moving and beautiful. She is very encouraging and funny and also provides individual attention and critique. It was much more helpful to me than the usual classes because she points out areas where I could adjust my pose or suggested ways to get the full stretch in a manner that my body could handle without getting hurt. The location was breathtaking. The bnb features homestyle meals surrounded by a scenic, non-commercialized village. There are great sunrise views on the roof of the bnb as well as beautiful sunsets on their lawn. I had so much fun riding a horse up to the mountain, and the butterflies were amazing. It is an out of this world experience to be standing in the sunlight surrounded by these beautiful, spiritual monarch butterflies.
